This picture represents where I've been going for the past 2 weeks (the Strip). This man was obviously overdosed on something. When we walked by again, he was being put in an ambulance. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of that. :(
A girl waved me down at the Miracle Mile Shops that night last week and we exchanged numbers. Her and her friend happen to live in Las Vegas and go to the Strip late at night for the same reason my friends and I do: to fuck around.
This morning, I was there with some buddies fucking around at the Hawaiian Market Place. Security kicked us off the property since we had a case of beer. One of the girls we were with thought it would be a good idea to stand in the shopping center right next to the Hawaiian Market Place 20 feet away from a police car.
We were oblivious to the car because the officers weren't there, but eventually they came back and gave two of us tickets for holding beer. This is my first offense as an adult, but that's okay, because I got to take a MySpace picture in front of the car with the beer!
I would've gone to Pounders, one of the bars that don't ID me, but they closed down for underage drinking. Go figure.
If you're a tourist looking for a good time, there's a discount store on Sahara and Decatur that sells sex for only $18.99!

Yesterday must have been the most unhealthy day this year for me. I didn't have breakfast. Instead, I got chili cheese fries and a Teriyake burger from Carl's Jr. for lunch. Throughout the day I went through some Flaming Hot Cheetos Puffs, Cool Ranch Doritos and Chester's Flaming Hot Fries.
Then for a late dinner, Mike and I went to Carl's Jr. again to get chili cheeseburgers, but they turned out to be cheeseburgers smothered in mustard with a teaspoon of chili, tomato and onions.
When I went to the Carl's Jr. on Fort Apache and Sahara and ordered a chili cheeseburger, I expected a great quality chili cheeseburger, not a mustard sandwich. It didn't get all over the place, so it obviously didn't belong in my face according to Carl's Jr.'s ad campaign because there was hardly anything in it so I returned it.
So I went to Jack in the Box instead for a fat ass Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and curly fries, but with a lemonade because I'm trying to watch my figure.
I'm not a big fan of fat, acne, heart problems, etc. so I'm gonna get a mini fridge and buy real food, stop eating out and not worry about everyone else eating my shit.

I lost a client today; my Aunt Dolly. She found me a client that was willing to pay a good amount for a website for their restaurant. In return, she wanted me to create a site for her wedding facility. I was very much willing to do so, but she had a problem communicating with me as she would only call me once a week. She didn't want me to talk to the people I was making the restaurant site for. Instead, she wanted me to go through her.
She gave me little information and expected me to have 2 websites with several pages completed. Every week, she would eventually call me complaining that I don't have much done, but that's because she didn't bother providing me with information I needed to actually make the sites. That made me look bad towards the restaurant people so I went straight to them last week and clarified the situation with them, which pissed her off because it made her look bad.
Now, I'm still short information to finish the restaurant website, but that's on them because they aren't contacting me either and I specifically told them to reach me because I don't want to interrupt their busy schedule. My aunt and the restaurant owners must be very very busy.
I offered to create my aunt's website for free, but instead, she's now paying $1700 for a half-assed job by a "bigger company with experience" that will "take her seriously." Whatever

Our lovely kitchen
At least the guys. It's as if they like living in filth. It was just Kayla and I a couple days ago when we decided to clean the whole house and rearrange everything. By the time we were done, the house looked pretty nice. A couple days later, there's coal ash all over the kitchen counter and stove along with garbage bags that aren't taken out and Miller High Life bottles and Coke cans filling up a tub container and leaving a smelly, sticky residue. I think that's the kind of shit that attracts bugs.

This is where Mike spends a lot of his time. Him and I made the effort of cleaning up a little by tossing the futon mattress that was out there. Still, everything but the computer chair is covered in pollen and dog piss mixed with chemicals, also a bug attraction. Mike did clean it a couple of weeks ago but the upstairs neighbors like to drain out their patio where their dogs make waste and all that shit falls into our patio and no one here wants to take it to the office. I would love to, but I'm not on the lease and I'm not sure what their policy is on 4 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment.

I don't know who put pink duct tape all over the coffee table, but that makes it so much harder to clean and so much easier to leave stains. Oh well, it gets stained every few hours anyway. These guys could at least put their chips away and throw away all the other shit that was there before I saw it this morning. Kayla and I do our fair share.
Spring Time 04/11/08

It's been almost a month since I've been out of my parents house. This apartment may not be the nicest or cleanest looking place, but the environment is very relaxing compared to the everyday bitching of my mother. Also, freedom is kind of nice. Some family don't understand my decision. I just wanted to try something new and see how I like it. Other than the 1 of 4 people in the 2 bedroom apartment that doesn't pay rent because he refuses to search for a steady job and the small dramatic issues with another room mate and ex, so far so good.
What I've Been Up To
I went swimming at the Hard Rock Hotel last week.
I also saw a half-dressed Statue of Liberty krumping while I was driving.
I've also been going to big meetings and booking websites for people. Need one? Contact me. :)
Goals
I'm following them, which is pretty nice. I'm not really looking for a car though, which I should, but I'd like to save up more money beforehand, even though I have enough.
Timsticle 4.5 will be coming as soon as I have a proper business name and site established for my freelance web design business. The home page will be a little different, blog section will be tweaked and service section will be moved to my new site. Got any business name ideas? :)
Something to Point Out
AboveTheInfluence sure are against drugs, but they're promoting their thought by causing air pollution. That just ain't right. :( I know a few drug-addicts. They have yet to burn their guitars, certificates and cars though.
